Soft and pillowy, our pizza dough is made fresh every day before being cooked at 450+ degrees in our oven. We opened our first pizzeria in Brighton in 2015. We now have three pizzerias in Brighton & Hove, and more recently in London. Our philosophy is to keep it simple. 1. Great pizza, Neapolitan style 2. Relaxed, highly efficient and friendly service 3. Prices that mean people can afford to come back every week In our opinion, these are the 3 essential ingredients you need in the mix to make a great Pizzeria. Using traditional methods, we make some of the best Neapolitan style pizza in the UK. Everything is made from scratch every day and our pizza ovens are truly the beating heart of our pizzerias, “we have pizza in our blood”. In our design and atmosphere, we appeal to everyone, from groups of teenagers discovering the joys of sharing food and socialising for the first time, to families and couples looking for the best Neapolitan style pizzas, starter/sides & drinks that Brighton & London have to offer.
